jet2 Platform Terms and Conditions

1Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jet2 platform and its user ("Member" or "you"). By creating an account on jet2 or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

jet2 provides a safe and reliable online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. Your personal information and financial transactions are kept secure through SSL encryption and modern security technology. Access to the platform and use of its services are governed entirely by these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on jet2 and use its gaming services, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If false information is provided regarding age, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual, household, home address, email address, mobile number, IP address, or payment method is permitted to create only one jet2 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if done, all accounts will be suspended or closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The following information is required:

• Your full legal name (as per your national ID card)
• A valid mobile number (Bangladeshi number preferred)
• An active email address
• Correct date of birth

If your information changes, notify the support team immediately. jet2 reserves the right to close accounts where false information has been provided.

3Account Verification & Security

3.1 KYC Verification

jet2 reserves the right to verify the identity of members to ensure a safe and transparent service. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or when a certain amount is exceeded:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method
• Proof of current address (if required)

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Once documents are submitted and verification is done, withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

3.2 Password & Login Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the support team immediately. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are supported on jet2:

• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are only accepted from the payment method registered to the account, in the name of that account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals for successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed only to the payment method used for deposit. Withdrawals may not be processed before active bonus wagering requirements are met.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit at jet2, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳50,000 (25 times) before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Each bonus offer may have a specific time limit
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time (unless stated otherwise)
• In cases of bonus abuse (for example: attempting to complete wagering by betting only on one outcome), the bonus may be cancelled
• jet2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time
• Bonuses are for genuine users only, not for any bots or automated processes

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

jet2 strictly follows a fair play policy. All gaming outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and unalterable. Neither any user nor platform authority can predetermine gaming results.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a gaming session due to software or hardware, the bets and results of the affected session will be considered void. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded but no additional compensation will apply.

6.3 Disconnection

jet2 will not be held responsible if internet connection is lost during a gaming session. However, the outcome of any bet already confirmed will be preserved, and the updated balance will be visible upon reconnection.

7VIP Program

jet2's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members move up to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity. To receive VIP benefits and cashback, the account must remain active and comply with these Terms. jet2 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jet2 platform:

• Creating or operating an account with fraudulent information
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Gaming using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the gaming system
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Depositing to or withdrawing from a third party's account
• Harassing or hostile behaviour toward other members
• Exploiting any known vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances and winnings may be forfeited.

9Responsible Gaming

jet2 takes responsible gaming very seriously. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. We firmly believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

11Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 jet2's Rights

jet2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Any violation of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false identity or information
• Long-term inactivity (generally 12 months or more)
• Abusive behavior toward the support team

11.2 Member Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. All applicable wagering conditions must be met before the account is closed. Verified balances will be returned through the proper process after the request is made.

12Changes to Terms and Conditions

jet2 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given to the registered email address or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
